About Chapter 312

Chapter 312 is a custom apparel and merchandise company built specifically for Greek life. We partner with fraternities and sororities to create high-quality custom merch for rush, formals, philanthropy events, date parties, intramurals, and alumni—while beating the big merch companies on price, speed, and service.

The Role

As a Campus Sales Rep, you’ll be the face of Chapter 312 at your school. Your job is to build relationships with fraternities and sororities, pitch Chapter 312 as their go-to merch partner, and help organize group orders from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Reach out to key decision-makers in fraternities and sororities (Presidents, Social Chairs, Merch Chairs, Philanthropy Chairs, etc.)

Pitch Chapter 312 and explain our pricing, quality, and ordering process

Coordinate group orders (collect designs, quantities, and timelines)

Act as the main point of contact between the chapter and our design/production team

Help grow Chapter 312’s presence on your campus

What We’re Looking For

Current undergraduate student

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable reaching out via text, Instagram, GroupMe, and in person

Organized, self-motivated, and reliable

Sales experience is a plus, but not required
